Johnsonville is launching a Rotational Career Development Program at our Global Headquarters to develop finance professionals. You will rotate through multiple finance areas to deepen expertise in cost, compliance, FP&A, and commercial finance.

Program spans 24 months with potential exposure to Operations, R&D, Marketing, or other functions, guided by a coach and aimed at placing you in a finance role based on business needs and your strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting completed by May 2027 is required.
• Prior related internship experience is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational sessions across cross-functional areas within the Finance team.
• Support cost, compliance, FP&A, and Commercial Finance explorations.
• Contribute to achieving timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Prepare for future leadership roles through structured development.

As a member of this team, you’ll partner with other areas of the business, providing financial analysis for decision-making purposes. We’ll rely on you to report, plan and evaluate our financial results, as well as ensure our financial transactions and reports are timely, accurate and efficient. In short, you’ll help drive our exceptional financial performance.

Position Overview

As a member of our Rotational Career Development Program, you will develop and leverage competencies in a variety of cross-functional areas focused on our Finance team.

This program is specifically designed to provide you with the experiences and tools needed to successfully grow within our culture, ultimately preparing you for future leadership roles at Johnsonville.

Responsibilities

While the program is tailored to the member, generally, you will complete up to five rotations over a 24-month period, being uniquely exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus. Assignments will include a year within Finance exploring cost, compliance, FP&A, and Commercial Finance as well as a year outside of Finance determined by the member and their coach. Potential areas outside of finance include Operations, Research & Development, Marketing, or other functions across the organization. Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting the functional requirements and processes across Johnsonville.

At the successful conclusion of the development program, it is expected that participants will be placed in a finance role at Johnsonville based on existing business needs and the participant’s strengths.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting completed by May 2027 required

Experience

• Prior related internship experience required
• Prior leadership experience preferred

• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Relevant intern experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
