Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is recruiting a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney for its Dallas office. This mid-level role sits in a nationally integrated AmLaw 100 practice, offering exposure to high-stakes financial disputes and complex restructurings.

The position is hybrid (in-office 3 days a week) with direct client engagement and mentorship from leading practitioners. The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Texas bar admission, and 3–5 years of

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated firm preferred.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting, discovery, depositions, trial prep, and motions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy.
