Job summary

Keenfinity, based in Burnsville, MN, is hiring an Assistant Controller to join the finance team and partner with the Regional Controller to deliver accurate accounting and financial reporting across the business unit. You’ll drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, prepare journal entries, review statements, and support audits, controls, and process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years of accounting experience, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software, such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger transactions.
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor accounting transactions and investigate discrepancies or unusual variances.
• Work closely with the BPO partner in balance sheet reconciliations and payroll/cash management.
