Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking an Assistant Controller to partner with the Regional Controller and drive accurate financial reporting across the business unit. You will support close processes, strengthen controls, and identify process improvements to enhance the finance function.

The role offers exposure to multiple accounting areas, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management, with opportunities for growth toward broader finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software, such as SAP; CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accounts are accurate, supported, and complete.
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, management reports, and reporting deliverables.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies, unusual variances, and reconciling items to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
