Job summary

Enterprise Community Development seeks a Controller, Financial Reporting, to manage organization-wide accounting, month/quarter/year-end closes, and policy documentation. You will coordinate intercompany activity, enhancements to reporting processes, and liaise with external auditors to ensure robust internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with CPA preferred, 5–7 years in corporate accounting, and strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required; CPA and/or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and quantitative skills; ability to coordinate complex activities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records for all entities including projects and operating entities.
• Prepare periodic reconciliations and analyses; assist with intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate corporate financial reporting, monthly/quarterly/annual close, and audits; document accounting policies.
