Job summary

Axiom Technology Group in San Jose, CA seeks a Finance Program Manager to lead a Quote to Cash transformation spanning pricing, CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections. You will partner with Sales Operations, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, and IT to deliver end-to-end improvements and governance.

The role requires ownership of the program, capability building, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes such as faster quote cycle

Qualifications

• Leader with end-to-end experience in Quote to Cash transformations.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution across Sales Ops, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of Q2C transformation planning and design across pricing/CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Drive cross-functional execution and program delivery across multiple teams with governance and controls.
• Influence senior executives and partner with Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT groups.
• Oversee program resource planning, budget, and vendor management for CPQ, billing, and revenue systems.
• Codify Q2C processes, frameworks, and best practices across quoting, contracting, billing, and cash application.
• Design the future-state Q2C operating model for Finance to drive transformation.
