Job summary

AMD is seeking a Project Lead, CPQ & Rebate Transformation within Global Sales to optimize quote-to-cash and rebate processes. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Business Units, Deal Desk, and IT to drive automation, process improvements, and SOX-compliant system enhancements in a global setting.

The role requires hands-on project leadership, expert CPQ and rebate management knowledge, and the ability to lead workshops, drive cross‑functional alignment, and deliver end-to-end transformations

Qualifications

• Hands-on PM experience in Sales Operations with CPQ and rebates.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Model N, Vendavo, and Vistex.
• Strong knowledge of Q2C processes and rebate programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPQ and rebate transformation projects end-to-end.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design future state.
• Drive automation and system upgrades with IT/vendors.
• Ensure SOX-compliant pricing and rebate workflows.
