Job summary
Advanced Micro Devices is seeking a Project Lead, CPQ & Rebate Transformation in Global Sales – BMO / Quoting & Rebating Operations to drive end-to-end Q2C optimization and rebate governance in a SOX-controlled environment. You will partner with Finance, Sales, BU, Deal Desk and IT to deliver automation and process improvements.
The role requires hands-on project leadership in Sales Operations with CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Model N, Vendavo, Vistex) and strong cross-functional stakeholder
Qualifications
- Hands-on project or program management in Sales Operations.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Model N, Vendavo and Vistex.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash and rebate/incentive programs.
- Strong change management, agile delivery, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead CPQ and rebate transformation projects across full lifecycle.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on business process mapping and future-state design.
- Design workflow improvements to reduce quote cycle times and improve rebate accuracy.
- Drive automation and system upgrades with IT teams and vendors.
- Ensure SOX compliance in pricing, discount approval, and rebate workflows.
- Develop change management strategies and enablement materials for global adoption.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, BU, Deal Desk, and IT to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in quote-to-cash and rebates.
