The Finance Program Manager, Rebates and Pricing will be a critical member of the Finance team, responsible for the accurate tracking, management, and reporting of customer pricing and rebate programs. This role will ensure the integrity of financial data related to contracts, pricing, and rebates within the ERP system (NetSuite), and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to optimize revenue recognition and billing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contract review, financial analysis, and ERP systems, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:

● Contract Review and Analysis:

  • Thoroughly review and analyze customer contracts to understand product pricing, rebate structures, and payment terms.
  • Translate complex contract terms into actionable data within the ERP system.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contract details, including effective dates, pricing schedules, and rebate eligibility.
  • Manage and maintain customer pricing, rebate programs, and contract data within NetSuite.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and integrity of information related to customer agreements.
  • Develop and implement processes for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement ERP changes and enhancements to support pricing, rebate, and reporting needs.

● Billing and Invoicing:

  • Verify the accuracy of customer invoices and credits based on contract terms and rebate programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate application of customer credits.
  • Resolve discrepancies and address customer billing inquiries related to pricing and rebates.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Contracts, and Commercial Operations teams to understand contract pipelines, effective dates, and customer needs.
  • Communicate contract and pricing information effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to other departments on pricing and rebate-related matters.

● Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyze reports on customer pricing, rebates, and revenue trends.
  • Identify and investigate variances in pricing and rebate calculations.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and rebate management.
  • Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes related to customer revenue and rebates.

● Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of pricing and rebate management.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pricing and rebate processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to pricing and billing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in pricing, rebate management, contract administration, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with IT teams to implement system changes.

This position has an estimated base salary of $100,000-$120,000, cash bonus, and stock options.
