Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Vice President to lead end-to-end project delivery within the Global Program Management team, partnering with Finance, Operations, Technology and Compliance to align initiatives with strategic priorities.

You will build governance structures, coordinate Working Groups, prepare management materials, and engage senior stakeholders, with exposure to leadership and opportunities for growth and mobility.

Qualifications

• 7 years of work experience in finance industry and project management.
• Treasury/treasury product or liquidity reporting, methodology, forecasting experience.
• Experience in people management.
• Advanced analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills, able to take initiative and forward projects to successful completion.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to distill complex subject matter into actionable deliverables and implementation tasks.
• Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-impact presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create project charters, statement of work, project plans, defining and agreeing roles and responsibilities for project delivery.
• Establish and maintain governance structure, evolving as needed.
• Build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology and Compliance.
• Coordinate and lead Working Group sessions, set agendas, prepare materials, document minutes and track action items.
• Develop governance materials and management reporting for governance forums.
