Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Integrated Intelligence & Mission Solutions portfolio. The role focuses on tracking, analyzing, and controlling costs across multiple projects, with opportunities to collaborate with Program Management and Engineering. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Professional experience in a related finance role.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction and reconciliation.
• Labor and cost transfer submittals.
• Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers.
• Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules.
• Assist in monitoring costs and manpower; ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
• Generate program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.
• Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
