Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the IIMS portfolio. You will track, analyze, and control costs across multiple projects, collaborating with Program Management and Engineering to support budget development and earned value reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) and 2+ years in a related finance role, plus the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. On-site work in the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Professional experience in a related finance role.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction and reconciliation
• Labor and cost transfer submittals
• Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
• Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules
• Assist in monitoring costs and manpower; ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
• Generate program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.
• Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
