This role partners with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements.

You will prepare reports, assist with risk mitigation, and help with financial briefings and status updates. TS/SCI clearance preferred; salary range $85,000-$105,000 USD DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• 5+ years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
• High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
• Experience working at both large and small companies
• TS/SCI clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams and PMO staff.
• Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
• Prepare reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).
• Assist with preparing financial briefings, presentations, and status reports.
• Assist Program Managers with identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
• Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts.
