Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Financial Administrator to support the Marketing & Strategy team with procurement, contracting, and ticketing for Motorsports. The role collaborates with Controlling, Procurement, and AP to ensure compliance and timely processing.

The position requires detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Hybrid schedule and relocation not offered for this role.

Formación

• Associates Degree and prefer 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills across stakeholders.
• Proactive with strong follow-up to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative across cross-functional teams; compliance with processes.

Responsabilidades

• Process PRs/POs/GRs for Marketing & Strategy team.
• Manage PO approvals; schedule and present requests.
• Ensure PR/PO/GR accuracy with PMs and cost centers.
• Coordinate approval with L3 executives.
• Handle contract requests (hotels, booths) per process.
• Report and track with truck controlling and procurement.
• Update project managers on PO status and missing info.
• Lead Motorsports ticketing with Brand Marketing and dealers.
• Work collaboratively and promote inclusiveness.
• Suggest process improvements and efficiencies.
