Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation seeks a transformation-minded Senior Manager to lead enterprise-level Finance process transformation across Financial Shared Services. You will identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce manual work.

Partner with Finance leadership, IT, Sales, Operations, and business units to translate needs into standardized, automated, and measurable solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, Finance transformation, operational excellence, shared services, or back-office operations.
Proven ability to lead department-wide transformation initiatives and manage a portfolio of projects.
Experience applying AI, RPA, analytics, or related technology to improve processes and reduce manual effort.
Experience developing business cases, executive-level recommendations, KPIs, and dashboards.
Experience leading or coaching teams, with PMO/COE involvement a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance process redesign and automation initiatives across Shared Services.
Develop business cases, pilots, and scalable implementations with measurable impact.
Partner with IT and functional leaders to integrate process, data, and tech solutions.
Apply Lean, Agile, value-stream mapping, and Kaizen to improve workflows.
Define KPIs and report results to Finance leadership and senior stakeholders.
