PAR Technology Corporation seeks a transformation-minded Senior Manager to lead Finance Process Transformation within Financial Shared Services. You will drive enterprise-level initiatives to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and build scalable operating models across Finance.

Qualifications

8+ years in process improvement, finance transformation, or shared services.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience with AI, RPA, analytics to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance process redesign across Finance and shared services.
Apply AI, RPA, analytics to enable scalable operating models.
Develop business cases, pilots, and scaled implementations with measurable impact.
Partner with IT and functional leaders to integrate process, data, and technology solutions across Finance.
