Job summary

MedPro Disposal is seeking a Finance Process Manager — Billing & Collections to own the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle for all product lines. The role oversees an offshore Philippines-based team and reports to the Controller, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and controlled discounting.

This onsite role in Naperville requires a senior accounting background, process design skills, and collaboration across departments to drive consistent, auditable cash flow and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of accounting and financial operations experience, with at least 2 years owning a process area or managing a team.
• Experience in a high-volume environment with invoices, payments and customer accounts.
• Demonstrated experience designing or improving processes and internal controls.
• Strong Excel capability; experience with Salesforce, Striven or similar CRM/ERP; AI-enabled finance tooling a plus.
• Experience defining and managing service levels and turnaround standards.
• Experience working with offshore resources across time zones.
• Working knowledge of billing, accounts receivable and collections; recurring-revenue or service-contract background preferred.
• Demonstrated people leadership with accountability for output.
• Location: onsite in Naperville, IL; commute required.

Responsibilities

• Own the billing function end to end across all product lines with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Own the collections process from proactive client outreach through escalation, recovery and write-off.
• Manage discount and service adjustment approvals and facilitate cross-department escalations.
• Lead and develop the Philippines-based team; set standards, review output, approve work and manage review rhythms.
• Design, document and improve processes and internal controls across billing, collections and cash handling.
• Leverage ERP/CRM, reporting and AI-enabled tools to handle growing volume without adding headcount.
• Define, monitor and report service levels for billing, adjustments and team turnaround; manage performance.
• Partner with Controller and Finance team on process improvement, reporting and quarterly priorities.
• Carry finance tasks that require physical presence in the Naperville office.
