Job summary

Amplēo seeks a Partner, Finance to lead and grow our finance practice across select markets. You will open doors, close engagements, and establish the firm as the go-to finance advisor in your niche while coordinating with our cross-functional delivery teams.

This is a sales- and client-leadership role with a base salary of $125,000 plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings are $250,000–$350,000+ with strong upside for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new finance and advisory engagements.
• Build and grow a specialized industry practice based on personal expertise and market credibility.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for client accounts.
• Provide high-level financial and strategic guidance while collaborating with delivery teams responsible for day-to-day execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional Amplēo service offerings.
• Represent Amplēo at industry events, networking functions, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and client success.
• Contribute market insights to support service development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accountability for revenue goals, pipeline development, and client retention.
