Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Lead ServiceNow and System Engineer to own the technical architecture, design, and governance for the ServiceNow platform across MVH. The role ensures scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards, while guiding external engineering resources to deliver high-quality solutions.

Collaborate with IT, product, and security teams to implement complex integrations, automation workflows, and platform extensibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certifications highly preferred.
• Experience with ITIL processes and enterprise service management is highly desirable.
• Experience leading external vendors or engineering teams is strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud integrations, API-based architectures, and automation frameworks is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform across MVH.
• Lead external ServiceNow engineering resources ensuring high-quality delivery and best practices.
• Design and implement complex integrations, automations, and cross-system orchestrations.
• Collaborate with IT, security, product, and enterprise architecture teams to align with governance.
