Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to consolidate and report for the Consumer Postpaid Growth team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes, and develop financial models to guide decisions across channels and markets.

The role requires 4–7 years in finance with strong analytics, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration. Experience with SAP/BPC and Wireless telecom is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering (Required).
• 4-7 years' Experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting. (Required)
• Wireless Telecom experience. (Preferred)
• Experience with SAP/BPC, Hyperion, or Equivalent, Working knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, Database or other reporting tool. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own consolidation & reporting process for Consumer Postpaid Growth team, support implementation of new accounting/reporting system, and lead support for National Retail channel
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes (e.g. accruals, account analysis)
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadlines
• Experience building forecast models/financial models
• Excellent communication skills with ability to develop strong working relationships both within the team and cross-functionally
• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Use statistical and financial modeling techniques to analyze results and identify variances and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks. Provide actionable insights around trends, financial performance
• Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings
• Measure key performance indicators and benchmarking results across accounts, markets, business units, and channels
