CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Operations & Strategy to oversee financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for our Pharmacy Services business, with a focus on Specialty Pharmacy. You will partner with finance and business leaders to drive planning processes and deliver insights that support growth and operational excellence.

You will coordinate planning across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy, develop executive-level analyses, and advise Specialty Finance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ~3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• ~Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
• Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
