CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for our Pharmacy Services business, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy. You will partner with finance and business leaders to lead planning processes, deliver insights, and drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
~3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and forecasting activities across the organization.
Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
Serve as a key adviser to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities and timelines.
Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
