CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager for Finance Operations & Strategy to lead planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for the Pharmacy Services business, focusing on Specialty Pharmacy. You will partner with finance and business leaders to drive growth and operational excellence, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.

The role requires strong financial acumen, collaboration, and communication skills, with visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
~ Ability to travel up to 10%.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
