CVS Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to guide financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for our Pharmacy Services business, with emphasis on Specialty Pharmacy.

The role collaborates with finance and business leaders to deliver meaningful insights and drive growth and operational excellence. Strong financial acumen and communication are essential for this highly visible position.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
~3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and forecasting activities including monthly forecasts and annual plans.
Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy.
Develop analyses and executive-level reporting to support decisions.
Advise Specialty Finance leadership on priorities and timelines.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
