Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to lead planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for Pharmacy Services, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy. In this role, you will partner with finance and business leaders to drive growth and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy.
Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
Advise Specialty Finance leadership on priorities and planning timelines.
Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization.
