CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for our Pharmacy Services business, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy. You’ll partner with finance and business leaders to lead planning processes and deliver meaningful insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

This highly visible role requires strong financial acumen, collaboration, and communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• ~3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• ~ Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
• Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
