Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for our Pharmacy Services business, with a focus on Specialty Pharmacy. You will partner with finance leaders to drive insights and support strategic initiatives.

This highly visible role requires strong financial acumen, collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations across cross-functional teams. Travel and adaptability are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• ~3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• ~ Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
• Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
