Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Cash Sales Audit Supervisor to oversee a six-person hourly team, certify weekly feed postings, and drive process improvements. You will partner with Systems Analysts, DXC, IT, POS and auditors to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely reporting.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a hybrid work environment (3 in-person days at core location, 2 remote days).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience.
• Robust understanding of accounting theories and practices.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Certify receipt, balancing and posting of weekly store cash sheet feeds.
• Ensure completion of 20+ account reconciliations for the department.
• Perform weekly and periodic balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Partner with Systems Analysts, IT, POS and others on automation and initiatives.
• Respond to store-level and third-party inquiries and maintain communication.
• Oversee vendor payments for transportation, gift cards, lotteries, etc.
• Lead a six-person hourly nonexempt team and conduct staff evaluations.
• Develop SOPs and assist with training for staff.
• Support period-close balance sheet reviews with management.
• Collaborate on special projects and audits.
