Job summary

ADUSA Corporate Support in Carlisle, PA is seeking an experienced accounting supervisor to oversee cash sales audit procedures, post weekly feeds, and maintain reconciliations.

You will lead a team of six hourly associates, collaborate with Genpact and IT to implement improvements, and ensure accurate documentation and SOPs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, supervisory experience, and strong analytical and communication skills; hybrid work includes 3 in-person days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Robust understanding of accounting theories, methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Certify receipt, balancing, and posting of weekly store cash sheet feeds including sales, liabilities, receivables, tenders, expenses.
• Ensure the accurate completion of 20+ account reconciliations for Cash Sales Audit.
• Perform weekly and periodic analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Partner with Systems Analysts, DXC, IT, POS, and others to implement automation and efficiency improvements.
• Direct and lead a department of six hourly nonexempt associates; oversee staff performance and development.
