Qualifications

• 12 quarter hours (8 semester hours) of Accounting courses OR an Associates Degree in Accounting.
• One year of experience that includes entering, compiling and/or reporting financial information.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices, contracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare journal vouchers and reimbursements.
• Ensure documentation is complete and account coding is accurate.
