Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA or PA certificate preferred.
• Experience in payroll, benefits, and retirement accounting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations of employee payroll deductions, retirement contributions, union dues, and benefit payments.
• Work with Human Resources, vendors, and payroll staff to identify discrepancies and ensure proper posting.
• Assist with PEBB daily files, retirement entry processing, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare, audit, and submit union reporting and vendor invoices.
