Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of administrative staff or professional work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations, including invoices, journal entries, and reports.
• Oversee Payroll unit operations, address pay issues, and ensure biweekly reconciliations.
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Payroll staff and maintain policies and SOPs.
• Participate in interviews and assist the Director in hiring decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
