Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of administrative staff or professional work experience (or equivalent education/military service substitution).
• At least one year of experience performing payroll, timekeeping, financial, or compliance audits.
• Experience with Workday, TimeClock Plus, or similar payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Experience reviewing records for accuracy, compliance, and internal controls to identify discrepancies.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance within the Payroll Audit Unit for DPSCS.
• Conduct audits of payroll and timekeeping operations to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze data for discrepancies and compliance issues.
• Develop procedures and training materials for agencies.
• Provide technical assistance to consolidated and correctional agencies.
