Job summary

PowerGrid Services seeks a Senior Director of Finance & Operations to partner with business unit leadership, overseeing financial analysis, accounting integrity, and internal controls in line with GAAP.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses, and guide pricing, capital investment, and staffing decisions while collaborating with operations and corporate accountants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting/FP&A experience with month-end close and budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience supporting business unit/operational leadership as a finance partner preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and business insight for the business unit, ensuring GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Direct month-end close, journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, and reconciliations with corporate accounting.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses; provide decision-ready financials to leadership.
• Evaluate contracts and pricing for financial impact, risk, and compliance; support pricing decisions.
• Provide KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews highlighting profitability and cash flow.
