Job summary

Leidos Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance & Business Operations to partner with the Digital Grid & Energy Solutions and Utility & Project Solutions divisions in Reston, VA. The role reports to the VP & CFO, Energy, and leads a divisional Finance & Business Operations team, guiding forecasting, pricing, and performance across over $400M in revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related.
8+ years of progressive finance/operations experience.
Experience supporting divisions at scale (100M+ revenue).
Matrixed enterprise environment experience.
Data-driven business-case communication and leadership.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Knowledge of analytics, automation, and AI in business performance.
Ability to balance day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted finance and business partner to Division Managers, supporting bid/no-bid decisions, pricing strategy, market analysis, and capital requests.
Own division-level forecasting, financial commitments, and margin improvement; escalate risks and opportunities to leadership.
Lead monthly business reviews for both divisions and coordinate with Energy VP & CFO on forecast/performance alignment.
Support divisions' growth initiatives by partnering with Operations, Growth, Business Development, Technology, and Program teams.
Lead pricing strategy execution and develop AI pricing tools for the Energy business.
Drive modernization of the F&BO operating model with analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
