Job summary

PPL Corporation is seeking a senior finance professional to support planning and decision making with minimal supervision and a self-starter mindset. You will partner with Grid and Field IT Value Stream Leads and IT Project Coordinators, review reporting materials, and assist with forecast changes and monthly accruals.

The role requires extensive knowledge of GAAP, regulatory filings, and the ability to drive process improvements while mentoring junior staff and presenting results to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, economics, or related field.
• Minimum seven years in a finance related field.
• MBA, CPA or CGMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review reporting materials and forecast changes; assist with month-end accruals.
• Oversee budgeting, capital governance, and regulatory filings including rate cases.
• Lead data analysis of financial results vs budget and forecast; explain variances.
• Prepare and deliver leadership presentations on financial plans.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
