Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred).
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
• Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our software.
• Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
• Calculate and process sales tax credits.
