Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring a Finance Operations Associate at its Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You’ll work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes. No tax experience required—we’ll train you.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma; a finance or accounting degree is preferred. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
• Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software.
• Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
• Calculate and process sales tax credits.
