Job summary

Uline is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to join its Finance team on-site. You will work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes, with training provided if you don’t have tax experience.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma, and ideally a finance or accounting background. Bilingual abilities are a plus, with generous benefits and on-site amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
• Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the‑art customized software.
• Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
• Calculate and process sales tax credits.
