Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning Development Specialist to oversee training for the Finance team, expanding staff skills as the company grows as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. The role focuses on onboarding, materials development, and delivering development sessions across North American locations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year Finance experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent time management and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.
• Create, update and maintain department training materials.
• Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.
• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.
• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.
