Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Finance & Operations Staff to bridge transactional finance operations and plant production. This role is designed for a systems-minded, highly organized professional who thrives at the intersection of accounting, data analysis, and manufacturing operations.

In this role you will maintain foundational transactional accuracy and drive inventory control, BOM maintenance, and workflow optimization across ERP systems, collaborating with accounting and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in plant manufacturing with focus on accounts payable, inventory management, cost accounting, and data analysis.
• Direct experience using mid-to-enterprise ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Hyperion HFM or QAD) and procurement databases (Concur or Coupa) is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of inventories and Bills of Materials configurations.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and T&E reimbursements.
• Manage inquiries, reconcile balances, and resolve processing blocks.
• Enter and maintain inventory data, BOMs, and cost data in ERP systems.
• Log daily production data and ensure accuracy of material consumption and inventory adjustments.
• Audit daily production logs for discrepancies and timing issues."
• Support BOM maintenance and costing, flag discrepancies between planned and actual configurations.
• Coordinate periodic inventory reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Identify daily efficiencies and work with leadership to remove bottlenecks in accounting and plant processes.
• Pull and format variance reports to support leadership decisions.
