Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Finance & Operations Staff to bridge transactional finance operations with plant production. The role focuses on accurate transactions, inventory control, BOM maintenance, and workflow optimization within a manufacturing context.

You will collaborate with accounting managers and production teams to close process loops, improve data integrity, and support leadership with reliable variance reporting. This position offers growth in a fast-paced 3D printing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a plant manufacturing environment with focus on accounts payable, inventory management, cost accounting, and data analysis.
• Direct experience using ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Hyperion HFM or QAD) and procurement databases (Concur or Coupa) is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of inventories and Bills of Materials configurations.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to analyze production databases and support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, credit notes, and employee T&E reimbursements with high speed and accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and resolve balances/blocks.
• Input daily manufacturing data into ERP systems and audit logs for accuracy.
• Maintain BOMs and inventory data, flag discrepancies, and coordinate periodic audits.
