Job summary

Formlabs in Millbury, Ohio seeks a Finance & Operations Staff to bridge transactional finance with plant production. You will handle AP, employee expenses, and daily data entry from the factory floor into the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of plant manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms and procurement systems.
• Solid BOM and inventory knowledge with cost accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, T&E reimbursements, and vendor inquiries with high accuracy.
• Enter daily production data and maintain inventory logs in the ERP.
• Maintain BOMs and cost data; flag discrepancies between planned and actuals.
• Generate variance reports, support SOPs, and drive process improvements.
