Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Finance Associate to support OpCo operations and collaborate with Sysco Business Services to resolve exceptions and issues. Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance/administration experience focused on document flow and transactional processing.
• Experience with deposits, petty cash management and will call transactions preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform deposits of all cash and manual payments to the OpCo.
• Scan backup documentation for checks, remittances, and other documents.
• Manage petty cash fund and replenishments.
• Scan invoices and receive packets at the OpCo.
• Report issues within quality control and provide documentation to SBS processing teams.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure claims are submitted for supplier credits.
• Maintain and report regulatory compliance (e.g., USDA, food safety docs).
• Handle will call transactions involving payments from customers and employees.
