Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 2+ years of finance/administration experience focused on document flow and transactional processing.
• Proficient in Excel and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform deposits of cash and payments to the OpCo.
• Scan backup for checks, remittances, and documents.
• Manage petty cash and replenishments.
• Scan invoices and receive packets at the OpCo.
• Report issues to SBS processing teams and document findings.
• Coordinate with quality control to secure supplier credits.
• Maintain and report regulatory compliance (e.g., USDA, food safety).
• Handle will call transactions including employee purchases.
