Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of finance/administration experience focused on document flow and transactional processing.
• Experience with deposit processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform deposits of cash/manual payments to the OpCo.
• Scan backup documentation for checks/remittances and other documents.
• Manage petty cash fund and replenishments.
• Scan invoices and receive packets at the OpCo.
• Report issues within quality control and provide documentation to SBS teams.
• Collaborate with QC to ensure claims are submitted for supplier credits.
• Maintain and report regulatory compliance (e.g., USDA, food safety docs).
• Handle will call transactions including employee purchases.
