Job summary

You will support FP&A, forecast capital expenditures, allocate resources, and address ad hoc requests from executives. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential, with a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and at least five years in healthcare finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; graphical spreadsheets a plus.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and present data to executives.
• Experience creating financial and accounting reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and day-to-day responsibilities of Financial Analyst.
• Prepare data-driven presentations for senior and Board-level executives.
• Support strategic analyses of capex, resource distribution, and operating metrics.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to improve productivity in Finance and Operations.
• Address ad hoc requests from executives and board members.
