Job summary

Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 5–7 years of related FP&A experience.
- Healthcare distribution/manufacturing experience desirable.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Owns product category financial forecasting with cross-functional partners.
- Prepares financial presentations for leadership and business reviews.
- Analyzes performance trends and identifies risks and opportunities.
- Quantifies ROI and profitability for capex and initiatives.
- Ensures accuracy of financial close and reporting with accounting.
- Standardizes reporting across product categories.
