Job summary

Lumenci is seeking a Manager - Reporting & Accounts Payable to join the Finance team. This is an individual contributor role with ~80% focus on financial reporting, MIS and controllership activities and ~20% focus on Accounts Payable operations.

The role will work closely with the Associate Director & business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting, strong month-end closure, and effective AP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance; CA or CMA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial reporting, MIS and accounting.
• Strong month-end closing and management reporting experience.
• Experience handling AP/accounting operations is preferred.
• Experience in high-growth, tech/services or multi-entity environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process.
• Prepare and review management MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow analyses with key variances.
• Manage month-end close ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop reporting packs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes including invoicing and payments.
• Support AP closing and reporting; ensure compliance with policies and controls.
