We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting Office Manager to help drive our operations forward. This role goes beyond data entry, focusing on strengthening our financial health to support growth.

You’ll own our financial systems, streamline processes, and provide insights to help leadership make informed decisions. This full-time position requires in-person work with standard hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable - Invoicing, Collections
• Accounts Payable - ACH Payments, Invoice Entry
• Process Weekly Payroll including payroll tax disbursements
• Process Monthly Sales Tax including Material Job Cost
• Handle 1099s; W-2s; Quarterly Payroll Taxes
• Prepare financial reports (balance sheet & income statement)
• Assist with year-end audit and tax payments
• Perform other tasks as assigned
